Using Your Time
An owner can use their time for themselves, or allow others such as friends, relatives and business associates to use their time.
Renting Your Time
If you wish to rent your owned time, you will need to notify the resort and the resort will make every effort to rent the time period. An owner receives 70% of the rental fees and the resort receives 30% of the fees.
Banking & Exchanging Your Time
Each owner has the option of becoming a member of RCI, the exchange affiliate of the resort. The Pointe Resort & Club has achieved Gold Crown Award status for over 25 years with RCI. This give owners that take advantage of the program strong trading power. When you have completed the requirements for banking your time, you will be able to choose from many different wonderful vacation locations through RCI.
Owner Rental Rate
When you become an owner at The Pointe Resort and Club you will be able to rent at a reduced rate for the majority of the year (some weeks are restricted).
Unit 106 is owned by the Homeowners Association and is always available on a first come basis to owners.
